Why We Started Rhoa

Our first child was born unexpectedly at just 32 weeks and spent seven long weeks in the NICU. In those early days, you don’t have choices — you use whatever the hospital gives you. As first-time parents, we didn’t know better. We assumed the big-name diapers were just what everyone used.

But we quickly saw the downsides — diaper rash, skin irritation, and a growing sense that something wasn’t right. As health-conscious parents, we began digging deeper. We tried every “clean” or “premium” diaper we could find. Some worked better than others, but none truly delivered — materials changed, prices fluctuated weekly, and the performance often felt like an afterthought.

That’s when the idea for Rhoa was born.

We wanted an ultra-premium diaper that didn’t cut corners — no toxic ingredients, no harmful chemicals, and no compromise on feel, performance, or design.
